1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Bellum K9 / Jack Oms K9 Training website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Services Provided
Bellum K9 / Jack Oms K9 Training provides professional dog training services, including but not limited to in-person behavior assessments, customized behavior modification plans, private training sessions, board and train programs, online training courses, and educational materials. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
3. Booking and Payment
- The Risk-Free Consultation Bundle is priced at $37. This fee covers the trainer's travel, time, and digital materials included in the bundle.
- The $37 consultation fee is non-refundable. If you enroll in a training program after the assessment, the $37 will be credited toward your program investment.
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
- Additional training programs and services are quoted separately and subject to their own terms at the time of enrollment.
4. Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Bellum K9 / Jack Oms K9 Training for service-related communications including appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and responses to your inquiries.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month based on your appointment activity.
Message and data rates may apply. Consult your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan and any applicable fees.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from text communications. You will receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out.

5. Assumption of Risk
Dog training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of bites, scratches, injury to the dog, or injury to the handler. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You are responsible for disclosing any known behavioral issues, health conditions, or bite history prior to any training session.
6. Liability and Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Bellum K9 / Jack Oms K9 Training is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
- Training results are not guaranteed. Every dog responds differently, and success depends on factors including the owner's commitment to following the prescribed training plan.
- Our website and materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, the Bellum Standard™ methodology, training materials, course content, and ebooks — is the property of Bellum K9 and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit the consultation fee. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
