By accessing or using our website and services, including bookings, payments, and SMS communications, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Assessment Fees & Payments
Fees are presented before you book. The Private Training Assessment is $97, charged at the time you select your appointment. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers on our servers. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge for the selected service. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless noted otherwise.
Private training programs are quoted separately following your assessment and are governed by the training services agreement you receive at that time. Deposits and program payments are non-refundable except where stated in that agreement or required by law.
2. Assessment Credit, Rescheduling & Refunds
Your $97 assessment fee is credited in full toward any private training program you enroll in. The fee is not otherwise refundable.
You may reschedule your assessment at no charge with at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, subject to trainer and facility availability. Appointments missed without at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, including any no-call / no-show, are non-refundable and the fee is forfeited. Verified emergencies, illness, or severe weather may be considered solely at our discretion.
The assessment fee covers the assessment and its included materials only. It does not purchase, reserve, or guarantee a place in any training program, and enrollment in a program is not required.
3. SMS Program Description
Bellum K9 Inc DBA Bellum k9 Dog Training offers SMS messaging programs that may include:
- Account notifications
- Customer support communications
- Appointment reminders
- Promotional offers and updates (where consent is provided)
4. Opt-In & Opt-Out
By opting into our SMS program, you agree to receive text messages as described above.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
