If you provide your mobile number through the chatbot and agree to be contacted, we may continue the conversation by text message as described in the SMS section below. Bellum K9 operates an SMS/MMS text messaging program to communicate with customers and prospective customers about their dog training. The following terms apply to our text messaging program and are provided in accordance with industry messaging requirements (including A2P 10DLC carrier guidelines).
Program description. By providing your mobile phone number to Bellum K9 — through our booking form, website chatbot, by texting us, or verbally during a call — and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Bellum K9 at the number you provided.
Types of messages. Messages may include appointment scheduling and reminders, booking and payment confirmations, responses to your questions, follow-ups about your assessment, and account or customer-care notifications. We may also send occasional informational or promotional messages where you have consented to receive them.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, when you book an assessment or reply to a message).
Cost. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Bellum K9 does not charge for the messages themselves.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to purchase any goods or services from Bellum K9.
Opt-in & Help
You opt in to the messaging program when you submit your mobile number with consent to be contacted, or when you initiate a text conversation with us. For help at any time, reply HELP to any of our messages, email bellumk9inc@gmail.com, or call our business line. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages to you.
